Shipping Information
For your convenience,
all orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
We will ship your order the same day unless your order is received after 12 Noon
PST, then it will be shipped the following day. You will receive your order 3-4
Business days from the date of shipping in most cases. If you require insurance
please add $2.50 to your total. Orders received after 12 Noon PST
Friday or during the weekend are shipped Monday.

and take 7 - 10 days. Please enter your Country at check out for rates. A
restocking fee (50% of product price) will be incurred for any packages returned
to Discountlotions for non-delivery or pickup. This will be deducted from the
amount refunded. customers are responsible for any Customs/Duties incurred.

All returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested within 15 days of shipment
and must meet the following guidelines or we will not be able to process them.
If a package is received with damaged products, please make a list of the
products that were damaged and contact us so that we can process your
claim.
If what you received is not what you ordered as stated on the invoice, contact
us and we will make arrangements to replace the received item with the invoiced
item.
